Arts Alive is a non-profit organization that connects disadvantaged communities to art, through art-making workshops, performances and concerts, museum tours and conversations, and other artist- and educator-led programs. Catering to people such as the elderly who require care, children with intractable disease, children who have escaped abusive households living in a foster housing, and people with premature dementia, Arts Alive hopes to bring joy to people living in distress through the power of art.
Arts Alive also runs an experiential interactive art program, Art Communication Program (ACP) with the support of MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) for people with dementia and their families and caregivers.
